I was up on the roof with my camera last night. The lights are from the Luminato Festival.  It officially ended on Sunday, but they’re still going.  I need to read up on nighttime photography though.  Its super grainy…Anyhoo,  check out the view!

This one is thanks to my mom. These never lasted long when she made them!
 
1 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips
½ cup peanut butter
1 ½ cup icing sugar
1 tablespoon butter
2 teaspoon instant coffee
1/3 cup boiling water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
3 cups of crumbled, unsalted soda crackers
Salt to taste
