Clouds outside my Window
I like pictures of clouds. So here is a picture I took from my window this week:

New Arrival
It took forever to get a picture of this guy. He tends to hide behind the plants. I haven't named him yet. He's a Marble Angelfish.
After the Rouse Wedding 1999
I found this a couple of weeks ago. Its the Sussex gang on the day after Shawn and Amanda Rouse's wedding. From left to right we have: Clarence, Gordonna, Carrie, Amanda, Emily, Shawn, Brad, Jim.
Dulse
I was in the seafood section of the grocery store this week and saw some dulse. I bought a bag. I forgot how much I love it!
For those of you that don't know what dulse is (just about anyone from Ontario), its a red seaweed. Grand Manan, a small island off the coast of New Brunswick, is where a lot of the world's dulse comes from. Its picked at low tide, dried, and bagged. Its salty, chewy and occasionally has periwinkle shells in it. Its so tasty that you'll overlook the occasional shell.
Learn all about it here: http://www.grandmanannb.com/dulse.htm#Dulse
Pick yourself up a bag the next time you're at the grocery store! Atlantic Mariculture is the brand I bought, although anything from Grand Manan should be high quality stuff!

Little Britain moves to the US.
I just read that Little Britain is coming to the US. That's right, our favorite Brit comedy is going to be reformatted for Americain audiences. http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/entertainment/6895654.stm
Usually this means that it will be dumbed down considerably. I don't think that Americain audiences are necessarily less intelligent, but tv producers seem to think so.
Let's cross our fingers and hope its as good as the original!
Home in New Brunswick!
Wheat Alternatives
I made pizza with spelt flour tonight. Its a grain that's been farmed for many centuries. A lot less gluten and a lot more fibre than wheat. It mixes like regular flour! I highly recommend it.
Sub it in this recipe. Seamless.
